All intellectual property rights concerning the game eNalanda , including but not limited to the code, characters, concepts, visuals, music, design, and any derivative works (collectively referred to as “the Content”), are exclusively owned by Aryann Khokha. These rights are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any Content is strictly prohibited without explicit prior written consent.

The user of eNalanda acknowledges that no part of the game, including its assets, scripts, designs, graphics, and any other intellectual property, may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, performed, licensed, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Aryann Khokha.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or distribute any part of eNalanda or its Content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Create derivative works from eNalanda, whether for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Access or use the Content for the development or design of any competing products or services, whether currently existing or in the future.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software associated with eNalanda.

eNalanda may be made available for personal use under a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license. This license grants the right to access and use eNalanda solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by Aryann Khokha. Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Sublicensing, assigning, or transferring their rights to use eNalanda.
• Using eNalanda in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose, including violating the intellectual property rights of Aryann Khokha or third parties

If users are permitted to generate or share content (e.g., user-created levels, characters, or game modifications) within eNalanda, such content remains the property of the users but may not infringe on the existing intellectual property rights of eNalanda. Any user-generated content found to be violating this policy or applicable intellectual property laws may be removed, and the user responsible may face further legal action.

No third party is authorized to use or distribute any part of eNalanda, its assets, or intellectual property without prior written consent from Aryann Khokha. Any unauthorized use by third parties will be considered a violation of this Privacy Policy and intellectual property rights, subject to legal action under relevant laws and regulations.

Any unauthorized use or violation of the terms of this Privacy Policy regarding the game eNalanda will result in immediate termination of access to the game, as well as potential civil and criminal penalties, including but not limited to compensation for damages, statutory fines, and injunctive relief.

This Privacy Policy and all matters relating to the game eNalanda shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Digital Protection Act along with the Intellectual Properties Act.

By using eNalanda, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The game eNalanda is provided "as-is," and Aryann Khokha makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the game, including but not limited to its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
• Aryann Khokha disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use eNalanda. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, device damage, or any other tangible or intangible losses.
• The user assumes all risks associated with accessing and using the game, including but not limited to any potential harm to the user's device, data loss, or any other issues resulting from bugs, glitches, or malware. Aryann Khokha is not liable for any interruptions, outages, or system failures that may occur during gameplay
• Aryann Khokha will not be held liable for any content created, shared, or uploaded by users within the game. This includes but is not limited to user-generated content that violates third-party rights or causes harm to others.
• Any action taken by a third party resulting in unauthorized access to your account, personal data, or in-game assets is your responsibility, and Aryann Khokha disclaims any liability for such incidents.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of eNalanda after any changes to this policy will constitute acceptance of those changes.
